The Heartland Regional Council's annual conference in Springfield will be September 18th and 19th.  Guest speakers of local interest include motivational speaker Shannon McKain, economist Chris Kuehl, and Mr. Excel, Bill Jelen.   This is always an outstanding conference with an excellent group of speakers and topics.
